PENDAMPINGAN ORANG TUA TERHADAP TINGKAT KECEMASAN REMAJA MENGHADAPI MENARCHE

Latar Belakang : Menarche adalah perdarahan pertama dari uterus yang terjadi pada seseorang wanita. Kurang pengetahuan menyebabkan cemas, kaget, mudah tersinggung, khawatir akan sesuatu buruk saat menarche. Upaya dilakukan untuk mengurangi kecemasan yaitu pendampingan orang tua. Tujuan Mengetahui hubungan tua dengan tingkat remaja putri dalam menghadapi Metode Desain penelitian ini Cross sectional. Sampelnya siswi kelas VII SMPN 40 Surabaya sebanyak 63 siswi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan propotional stratified random sampling. Variabel independen peran tua, sedangkan variabel dependen Instrument pengumpulan data kuesioner. Data dianalisis uji statistik Rank Spearmen kemaknaan a = 0,05. Hasil Menunjukkan bahwa respoden terdapat 37 memiliki kategori tidak ada (58,7%), dan (68,2%) mendapatkan baik 30 Uji rank spearman didapatkan nilai p 0,002 0,05 berarti antara Kesimpulan Terdapat terhadap menarche
